The Lily of Shalott began as my Instagram handle, then my Substack title, and slowly seeped into being my username elsewhere per usual. I’d settled on it as a play on my name… and a nod to Tennyson, the Lily Maid scene in Anne of Green Gables, and my general love for Arthurian times. But what started as just a name soon became something bigger. A mission was sprung! To create beautiful things and spread Christ’s light.
